Orders

All products are handcrafted and many are made to order. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment or confirmation, where applicable.

Product Customisation

Customers are responsible for providing accurate names, photographs, flowers, text, and other customization details. We are not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information submitted by the customer.

Handmade Products

Every resin artwork is individually handcrafted. Minor variations in colour, texture, bubbles, or finishing are natural characteristics of handmade resin art and should not be considered defects.

Pricing

All prices displayed on the website are subject to change without prior notice. Applicable taxes and shipping charges may be added during checkout.

Payments

We accept secure online payments through authorised payment gateways. Orders will be processed after payment confirmation.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines may vary depending on product customisation, location, and courier availability. While we strive for timely delivery, delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

Intellectual Property

All artwork, product designs, photographs, logos, content, and website materials are the intellectual property of Resin World & Craft and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

Cancellations

Customised orders cannot be cancelled once production has started. Requests received before production begins will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Returns & Refunds

As most products are personalised and handmade, returns or refunds are generally not accepted unless the product arrives damaged or an incorrect item is delivered. Customers should contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the issue.

Limitation of Liability

Resin World & Craft shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
